What is Aletheia Transformational Breathwork?
"Aletheia" is a Greek word that means "to reveal what is hidden". In this form of breathwork, we utilize conscious, connected breathing to journey into a state of flow, which can help us to release tension & held trauma in the body-mind to reveal our essential nature. When we let go of accumulated tensions & unexpressed emotion, we experience the lightness & joy of our natural selves. This form of self-healing aligns us with the intelligence of the body, and our innate wisdom. In this state, integration of any unresolved emotional content can occur painlessly; blockages can be released, and we can move into a greater sense of harmony with ourselves, each other & all of life.
In group sessions, we come together in circle with the intention to create a safe and loving container to support each other on this inner journey we take together. Results can be profound, and include increased energy, greater clarity, improved breathing and circulation, resolution of addictions, and a greater connection to our sense of the divine.
Your breathwork journey is facilitated with loving presence, affirmations, vocal toning, simple bodywork when appropriate, and a music playlist that supports your journey. Join us for an afternoon of release, integration, and greater connection with self & others.
