AiChi : Offered daily on all of our 7 day retreats. This practice is similar to qigong, and practiced in warm, shoulder-depth water. A meditative, relaxing sequence that is easy on the joints, calming & rejuvenating.
"Goldenseed": A "yang" yoga flowing sequence, linking breath with movement. A great sequence to warm up the body, or cool down after a more vigorous practice.
QiYoga Flow: A gentle, flowing sequence that combines elements of yoga & qigong
